01 Acceptance of Terms

03 Registration & Account Management

pkr565 is not liable for losses incurred as a result of a member sharing their login credentials with a third party or failing to take reasonable precautions to protect their account security.

Your account is personal to you. You may not transfer, sell, gift or otherwise assign your account or any funds or bonuses within it to another person.

04 Deposits & Payments

All transactions on pkr565 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). • Live (in-play) betting markets are governed by the state of the game at the time the bet is accepted. In fast-moving events such as cricket or football, there may be a brief delay between market updates and acceptance — this is a normal feature of in-play systems.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These are displayed on the bet slip before confirmation and vary by sport and competition.
• Accumulator bets require all selections to be settled as winners for the bet to win. If one selection is voided, the accumulator is recalculated with the remaining selections at reduced odds.
• The cash out feature, where available, allows members to settle a bet before the event concludes. The cash out value offered reflects current market odds and is accepted on a voluntary basis by the member.

08 Casino & Bingo Rules

Casino games, live casino and bingo on pkr565 operate according to the rules of each individual game as displayed within the game interface. By launching any game, the member agrees to play according to those rules.

• Games are provided by third-party game studios integrated into the pkr565 platform. pkr565 is not responsible for technical failures or errors originating within third-party game software, though any such issues will be escalated on the member's behalf.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the round will be voided and the relevant stake returned. Partially completed rounds affected by a malfunction will not be settled based on incomplete outcomes.
• Live casino games involve real dealers operating in real time. Connection quality can affect the experience — pkr565 is not liable for disconnections caused by the member's network.
• Bingo games run on scheduled timetables. Entry into a bingo game constitutes acceptance of that game's specific rules as displayed in the bingo hall.

09 Responsible Gaming

Members who wish to close their account voluntarily can do so by contacting customer support. Pending bets at the time of account closure will be settled according to normal rules and any remaining balance of verified funds will be refunded to the member's most recently used payment method, subject to verification checks.

11 Limitation of Liability
